Hello! It’s Jordan from Ebb and Flow Photography and I’m so happy to e’meet you. I can’t wait to get to know you, so here’s a little about me, and I can’t wait to hear more about you.
I’ve always loved weddings. Even as a kid, I was suiting up as a page boy, soaking in the joy of the day. When I got married myself, I was deeply involved in the planning, because I had a vision, and I wanted to see it come to life.
Weddings, to me, are where beauty and truth collide. They’re emotional, sacred, a little chaotic, and completely unforgettable. Watching two people walk back down the aisle, married, beaming, hand in hand, that will never get old.
Honestly? I just want to be at as many weddings as I can, especially here in Melbourne and Gippsland and across Victoria, where every celebration has its own rhythm. Not as a guest, but as someone who helps make it feel as good as it looks. Someone who helps the day run smoothly, who notices the little things, and who captures every moment so you can look back and feel it all again.
The name is personal.
My wife’s name is Ebony. My name (Jordan) means “flowing down.” So yes, it’s a quiet nod to us. A reminder that everything I do is rooted in love and shared vision.
But it’s also about rhythm, the ebb and flow of emotion, energy, and movement throughout a wedding day.
I live for the fast, chaotic moments:
And I live for the quiet ones:
These are the moments I’m drawn to, the loud and the still, the seen and the missed.
That’s what Ebb and Flow is about.
Not just photography, but presence. Story. Feeling.
When you look back at your wedding photos, I want more than just pretty images.
I want you to feel joy. Warmth. Emotion. Truth.
👉 See what that looks like in my portfolio
I want you to see the way your partner looked at you with love they couldn’t contain.
To see your family, your people, your day exactly as it was.
To remember loved ones who might no longer be here, and how it felt when they were.
This isn’t just documentation.
This is legacy.
I’m not here to direct your wedding.
I’m here to blend in, to be part of the rhythm of the day.
Just another guest, one with a camera and a deep respect for what this day means to you.
Because when you forget I’m even there, that’s when the real magic happens.

My dream couples are grounded. They care deeply about their wedding, not because they want perfection, but because they know it’s the start of something sacred.
They understand that marriage is a covenant, a gift from God, a life-long promise, and the most important step they’ll ever take.
And they also know that celebration matters. That bringing together the people you love most, dancing, laughing, crying, feasting, is one of the greatest ways to honour the life you’re beginning together.
So they don’t hold back. They show up fully.
They’re not here for a photoshoot.
They’re here for a beginning.
Remember: this is the beginning of your greatest adventure.
The day doesn’t need to be perfect. It won’t define you. Your marriage will.
But it does matter. Because it sets the tone.
Celebrate it well. Be present. Feel everything.
And let me take care of the rest.
As the seasons change, I want this business to grow alongside me.
My wife is now a part of Ebb and Flow behind the scenes, and I’ll be travelling interstate more often, with hopes of going international soon.
But no matter how far it reaches, this business will always stay rooted in what matters: honesty, joy, faith, and presence.
Because marriage is sacred.
And your wedding deserves to be captured with intention, artistry, and joy.
If you are planning a Melbourne Wedding, a Gippsland Wedding or really anywhere in Australia and you want photography that captures both the sacred and the simple, let’s start the conversation.
Let’s tell your story; with soul.
Congratulations Jordan and Eb. Beautiful introduction of yourselves. I can’t think of more perfect people to embrace and share the love of weddings and couples lives together.
Oh Sally, thank you so much! That truly means so much. I’m a huuuuuge fan of weddings, so I love being able to be involved in this season to celebrate with as many others as possible.
